1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. 1.2. The User's use of the Service means their full and unconditional agreement with all provisions of these Terms.

2. REFUND POLICY (NO REFUNDS)

2.1. Irrevocability of payments. Funds paid by the User for access to the Service, subscriptions, or individual features of the Service are irrevocable and non-refundable.

2.2. Refunds are not provided regardless of whether the User has used the Service in full, partially, or not at all during the paid period.

2.3. Exceptions. The only exceptions may be cases directly provided for by the current legislation of Ukraine, or a decision of the Provider made at its own discretion.

4. LIABILITY FOR CONTENT GENERATED BY ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE (AI)

4.1. AI Disclaimer. The Service uses Artificial Intelligence technologies to generate content (e.g., recipes, meal plans, recommendations, etc.). The User acknowledges that AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, errors, outdated or incomplete information.

4.2. No liability. The Provider is not liable for any direct or indirect damages, harm to health, losses, or other negative consequences arising from the use or inability to use AI-generated content.

4.3. User's risk. The User uses all AI-generated content at their own risk. The User is obliged to independently verify any critically important information (e.g., allergens, dietary restrictions, medical recommendations) provided by the Service.

5. FORCE MAJEURE CIRCUMSTANCES

4.1. Force majeure circumstances. The parties are released from liability for partial or complete non-performance of obligations under these Terms if such non-performance was a result of force majeure circumstances that the parties could not foresee or prevent by reasonable means.

4.2. Martial law in Ukraine. Given that the Provider operates in Ukraine, the parties recognize martial law, military actions, acts of military aggression taking place in Ukraine as unconditional and generally recognized force majeure circumstances.

4.3. Consequences of force majeure. Due to martial law, the Provider cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation of the Service, its speed, availability of technical support, and fulfillment of other obligations. The User agrees that interruptions in the Service's operation caused by force majeure are not grounds for refund of paid funds or filing claims.
