TrackAI alternatives

People look for a TrackAI alternative for a handful of practical reasons. Photo scanning sits behind a subscription after a 3-day trial, the trial is started through a store account, barcode scanning is not mentioned on its pages, and the store page mentions personalised plans but no meal-plan generator or shopping list. This page lists six options, starting with ours, and says plainly what we could and could not confirm about each.

Checked 1 October 2026 · How Mealyno builds its plans

Mealyno makes a competing product, so this page is not neutral. Every statement about the other product comes from its own public pages, opened on the date shown, and each row links to the page it came from. Anything we could not confirm is left out. Product names belong to their owners.

The short version

  • TrackAI's own FAQ says there is no free version: a monthly or yearly subscription, with a 3-day trial for new users.
  • Mealyno has a free no-signup photo tool (1 scan a day) and a 7-day trial that needs no card; we did not verify trial terms for the other apps. It is a browser app and has no App Store or Google Play app yet.
  • Formo, Welmi, fatsecret, Cal AI and MyFitnessPal are store apps. We list what their pages say and leave out prices we did not verify.
  • Language matters in Ukraine: Cal AI and MyFitnessPal show no Ukrainian in their App Store language lists.
