Calories in Ukrainian dishes
A calorie table for 39 popular Ukrainian dishes: borscht, varenyky, holubtsi, syrnyky, deruny, olivier and more. For each dish you get calories, protein, fat and carbohydrate per 100 g and per typical portion, plus what adds the most calories and how to change it.
These are estimates, not lab measurements. Values are either taken from the USDA FoodData Central reference database, calculated for a typical home recipe, or typical figures for variable dishes. Every page says which one applies and gives the range in which real calories can differ.
