Where Mealyno fits better
It builds the week for you
Mealyno generates weekly meal plans and a shopping list from your goals and preferences. Cronometer's Gold page lists tracking and analysis features and does not list a meal-plan generator.

Protein sized and shown per meal
The free protein calculator turns weight and goal into a daily range and per-meal split, and the example plans show protein per meal, so a protein target becomes a set of meals.

A trial with no card
Mealyno lets you try the full Premium tier for 7 days before deciding, without entering a card.

These points are left out of the table because the public pages did not confirm them.
- How Cronometer's number of tracked nutrients compares: its pages show both 84 and 95, so we do not quote one.
- Whether a trial exists in its apps: the Gold page does not mention one.
- Anything inside its logged-in app: we compare public pages only.
